I saw a sponsored post on Instagram last month and ordered a few items worth 996 INR through online payment method. I tried contacting the company a few times but there were no means to connect or Complan so I emailed them. But no reply. It has been over a month and a half that I haven’t received my purchased items nor a follow up from them. Now the link I received in my order placement message shows that the store is closed and doesn’t exist anymore. What a fraud! How do I complaint and get my money back now? I have attached a screenshot of the message pertaining my Order ID and the link to the website that doesn’t work anymore. I want my money back.
