Subject: Complaint Regarding Fake Loan, Payment Demand, Threats and Blackmail
Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to report a serious issue regarding a loan application and the threats and blackmail I am receiving from unknown persons.
I have not received or taken any loan amount from them. However, they are claiming that a loan amount of ₹5,000 has been credited, even though no such amount has actually been received in my bank account. They are demanding that I pay ₹8,000 towards the alleged loan.
I have not been using my SBI bank account for a long time, and I have checked that the alleged ₹5,000 loan amount has not actually been credited to my account.
They are giving me only one week to make the payment and are threatening me that if I do not pay within that period, they will create/edit nude or inappropriate images using my photos and send them to my contacts, family members, or other people. This is causing me severe fear and harassment.
I have not authorized anyone to misuse my personal information, photos, contacts, or identity. I believe these persons may be attempting to fraudulently demand money from me and are using threats and blackmail to force me to make a payment.
I request you to kindly verify whether any genuine loan was ever sanctioned or credited to me and investigate the persons, mobile numbers, bank/payment details, and applications involved ..loan apps names timely purse , flash wallet ,rupees mount appss they all are blackmailing to pay the money in 6 day duration
I am willing to provide screenshots, phone numbers, messages, payment demands, loan-app details, and any other evidence available with me.
I request you to take necessary legal action against the persons involved and help protect me from further financial fraud, harassment, threats, blackmail, misuse of my photographs, and distribution of fake/edited images.
