I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while using the MoneyMint app. I recently installed the app to explore the possibility of applying for a loan and to see how much I could qualify for. However, to my surprise, a loan of 2000 rupees was sanctioned without my explicit application.
Furthermore, only 1197.60 rupees was transferred to my account, but the app is showing that I need to repay 2012 rupees. This discrepancy has left me confused and concerned about the process.
Now I am getting harassing calls to repay the loan along with the extra charges and a late fee. Please Do not use this app since it is one of the biggest scam.
