I had taken a loan from Yeah Rupee (Smart Lend, Cash Pokket,loan planet-M cash lent,simpl cash more loan,cash loan, credit plus, micro rupee,relax loan,rupeeme ,easy loan,easy credit and many more online loan applications) Loan app where I received close to 50%-55% of the amount in my account. They deducted rest of the amount as their service fee and GST etc. I paid on time and later on they again re approve the loan and send money to account .When I missed to pay their amount for 2 day they charged me an overdue amount of Rs. 763. I told them this is unethical so they started abusing me. They have accessed my personal data and misusing it in terms of harassing me and my complete contact list by using abusive language and sharing my edited pictures to them. Even when I read their privacy policy they have mentioned that they will not disclose any of my personal details it can only be used for developing business. Me along with my family are in depression now, so I am raising a complaint on this portal with a hope of help in stopping this kind of fraud application and scam. I am feeling ashamed to upload the messages sent by them but I do have all the proofs in my phone.i am requesting you please to take action of this fraud gangs and fraud loan application platform please restrict this and help me out from this situation.
