I have a loan in zest money.. while enter the app the loan is automatically activated.. then they told they cannot able to cancel it.. it can affect to my cibil score and my future… so I ready to take.. so I close the loan and they send the voucher to use… but it cannot be able to redeem.. they are saying someone is used your voucher.. so please refund the amount and close the loan
