I bought the iPhone 13 online on the night of 22nd from the time Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale started, in which it was written that this phone will be delivered to you on the 23rd. But on the 23rd, no message came from Flipkart and on the 23rd night, Flipkart people put a message on their site that it will not be able to deliver today. This order will be delivered to you on 24th. But today on 24th also no message came from flipcard side. After that I talked to the flip card people, they told that the stock with the seller has run out. And now they are saying that this problem of yours will be solved by September 28. I want to know from flipcard people that this is their forever drama when customer ordered phone on 22nd and seller didn’t have stock then why did they show delivery date as 23rd September? Do Flipkart people make such a big joke with their customers when their sellers cannot deliver the goods properly to their customers, then why are they roaming around as sellers? I think Flipkart has also started cheating with its customers because sometimes soap gets out in their boxes and sometimes their goods are not delivered properly. Once the item that was ordered for them comes some other item. I had to gift this phone to someone then on 24 sep. But now when I haven’t got the delivery, how will I give him a gift. My whole program is always bad because of flipkart. This flipcard is doing a lot of fraud with its customers and I will not buy any item from flipkart from today onwards. A better company than this is Amazon, which not only delivers the goods on time to time to its customers and also gives complete originals of the goods.
