his is regarding a complaint against one of the technician who visited to my home for servicing my Kent RO purifier.
The issue I was facing was the water overflow. He suggested replacing the Carbon and sediment filter which we trusted and got it replaced with the new one.
I got the old carbon and sediment filter checked and it is working totally fine
I got to know that a fraud has happened to me.
