TO WHOMSOEVER THIS MAY CONCERN
JOLLY EYES – I have been seen their advertisement in social media regarding 3 IN 1 MAGNETIC POLARIZED SUNGLASSES for INR799. I have gone through their website and placed the Order as COD.
ON 22.01.2023, i have received the courier from DELHIVERY WITH COMPLETELY WRONG PRODUCT. I have requested the Courier person to show me the Photograph of the product before transferring the amount via Google Pay.
The Courier person told me that he cannot open the product as it may affect the warranty. So he asked me to pay the amount of Inr799 and after me paying the amount he had handed over the product to my Home.
When i reach home and opened the Box i was totally disappointed that JOLLY EYES have cheated me by sending Wrong Cheap Product (KIDS LOW CLASS GLASS) . Soon i have raised complaint and have forwarded repeated emails to Mr.Abhishek(abhishek1124jain@gmail.com) , he have asked to forward the details and asked me to attach the photographs in PDF Format and i have provided him with all the details. Till today there were no response from JOLLY EYES/Mr.Abhishek.
So request this FORUM to take strict action against JOLLY EYES and asked them to REFUND OUR MONEY at the earliest.
