I want to make it clear that Achintya Immigration consultants did not demonstrate transparency at any point, and I strongly disagree with any statements suggesting otherwise.
I’m writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Achintya Immigration Consultant Pvt. Ltd. Your agency has consistently failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I can no longer tolerate this level of unprofessionalism and deception.
From the very beginning, I was promised a transparent and efficient job placement process, specifically in reputable Maltese companies. However, what I’ve received falls far short of these assurances. Your services have essentially boiled down to forwarding job listings from publicly available websites like Indeed and Naukri. This is a task that anyone can perform free of charge, and it certainly does not warrant the substantial fee I paid.
I was guaranteed a maximum waiting period of three months for a job placement, a commitment made with unwavering confidence by Mr. Mrithyunjay Kashyap. However, it has been nothing but empty promises and continuous lies from all parties within your consultancy. To date, there has been no sign of valid interviews or any substantial progress toward fulfilling your commitments.
I want to make it unequivocally clear that I am no longer interested in engaging with a consultancy that conducts itself in such an unscrupulous manner. I demand an immediate refund of the fees I have paid for your so-called services.
Your agency’s actions have not only squandered my hard-earned money but also wasted my time and dashed my hopes. I have had enough of this charade and the lack of professionalism displayed by your organization.
I expect a prompt response to my demand for a refund. Any further delays or evasive responses will only serve to deepen my frustration and reinforce my belief that I have been dealing with an agency that lacks integrity.
There’s been a mismatch between what’s discussed during our phone calls and what’s conveyed through email, which is quite puzzling.
Suffice it to say, I am not interested in pleasantries or excuses at this point. I demand a resolution to this matter without further delay.
