Very Urgent!
Hi, i am nazir ahmad, i had a parcel to be received (two cargo paints) and it’s been delivered by delivery boy,while receiving the product,i got an otp on my no. However the delivery boy didn’t asked for otp,he just asked to make the payment intohis personal account,i did tge same,
When i got home and opened the product, there was two torn kid jeans,taken out from a trash,i immediately made a video,called the delivery boy just after 10-15 min of receiving the product, and hand over to him,he said tomorrow you will get refunded, I trusted him,money had not been credited to my account, it’s been more than two weeks since he said that,i have not received my amount yet,and he keeps on telling me, tomorrow you will get refunded etc,and he also took my upi id and no many times, money has not bedn received, i can go and report, i am an independent student even a penny matters for me,i will go to consumer court if don’t gef my money back. i did receive a message that my order is called and rejected.
Very bad response from ekart logistics, i didn’t expect,i will report and let others know,advice others.
