I have raised a complaint against my 320 ltr voltas deep freezer on date 14/07/23 .My refrigerator is under warranty. The technician visited on next day and check my refrigerator and he found that compressor is not working and have to replace it , then he remove and throw away the serial number of my refrigerator. And then demands rs-500 for not having serial number on my refrigerator , but when I checked my CCTV camera I found that they are doing fraud by removing serial number from the refrigerator and then demands for money as a service charge . My refrigerator is not repaired yet . 15 day passed . So I kindly request 🙏 you please take a legal action about this service centre (Neelu communication babunia, road siwan Bihar 841226) mob no. – +91 79039 02055 . I have also the CCTV footage . I have also raised complaint to the voltas survice centre but I get no response from there .
