On 18th Aug, I’ve ordered 3 box (1 KG each) sweets and got 3 Box of half KG each. Same time I raised a complaint with Swiggy support, sent them email and tagged them in Twitter(X) as well, but no reply on email and no positive response on twitter also after providing all proofs also. They are just saying we can’t do anything and apologize. We stopped delivery boy for 10 minutes and took pictures of him also. All incident captured in near by CCTV camera also. I have this much proof still no action and no one bothering, It’s a pure fraud!!! Please take proper action against them.
