I ordered a food in zomato at 12:54 first they make wait till 3:00 got a call from restaurant saying that they cabt delivered and order got cancelled but in thier app its showing prepared at 3:00 clock its showing that delivered but i i haven’t received it again i called the restaurant they said it has been already cancelled zomato is making fool of the customer money already debited but no refund now as its showing delivered this my order id 2051893399 already shared a screenshot of chat in twitter in thier official page an agent from zomato said it will automatically get cancel but here its showt delivered zomato is doing fraud without delivering the food collecting the money ill share the chat screenshot here aswell
