Text of Complaint by Abhishek Kaundilya:

Hey team jio

From past 9 days after prepaid of amount 1,111 on 6 th of July for relocation of my jio fiber.

There is no one have even called or visited my place, 2 engineers called me just to say this is not my area for installation.

Because of this fraud I had to suffer straight 4 days of loss of pay in my office

And there is still no any update

I want to ask what kind of system in which we are living where you have to pay for your service before getting that, and even after paying you to get in line and still getting cheated

I have sent 5 mails with full details, what do I get in the name of help is automated AI replies

I am trying to talk to their customer executive since 7 days but they are not even picking my calls anymore

Please refund my hard earned money back, I will be choosing Airtel now but please refund my money

I am totally frustrated and i want to switch to Airtel which i will be doing in this weekend
