I was searching for work from home in Quickr. The next morning I got a call from this guy called Rishi Rajput (Ph+91 96388 30290) from the company Phoenix Dotnet. He somehow influenced me that I will get a package of 13000 for filling up 430 forms. And there’s no registration charge in the beginning but ₹5300 will be deducted from your salary. I agreed and the contract was issued. They never mentioned about the consequences in the beginning. And I actually started doing the work. The first night I was logged off suddenly and for the maintenance I was asked to pay ₹8000 (refundable). So I paid. And then I finished and submitted the report. In the analysis it came out to be that I made a lot of mistakes. I can assure you that I didn’t make none because my father was sitting right beside me making sure I didn’t make any mistakes. So that happened and when I submitted they said it was wrong and you have to pay the registration amount now. They kept on harassing me. I paid and said the contract will be dissolved and you’ll get your money in an hour. Today almost a 5-6 days later, I get a call from a guy saying pay the court money of ₹21000 or an FIR will be issued against you. I haven’t received the refundable amount. And I’m not gonna pay further more. I searched the advocate on Google and there was no reference to him. At least I have a proof that I filed a complaint here. This is a case of harassment. I got a call from the guy stating himself as the lawyer. Please help me out.
