I had placed a order of a set of 3 shirts at the thebigmall.co.in but received a totally different set of 3 cheap shirts. I have been cheated and the thebigmall.co.in has looted me for Rs.1100

I tried to place a return but I couldn’t find any valid number or email id on the website, instead a wrong email id help@thebigmall.co.in is there just to cheat customers.

Please take this seriously and do the needful.
