Text of Complaint by Abdul Rasheed:

I received the wrong item, I tried to return by calling the number printed on the delivery, once they picked the call and said that executive will call you after 20 min then you can return your item and get your amount refund to your bank account. I waited for long time but i didn’t received any call so i tried to call back but it’s like all our executive are busy try to contact later. I tried many times but the same thing repeating. How can i return the item back?
