I have been using Paytm postpaid from few months. After knowing the convenience fee. I have requested 10s of times for deactivateling but they haven’t did and layed for 118 rupees for 6hrs late Payment which they said 25 rupees earlier and they are doing same this month too. They remained us about payment atleast once before due date.
