I was tried to book two rooms for Lords plaza hotel jaipur, at Agoda.com mobile app, submitted my credit card for payment, amount has been debited from my bank creditcard, but booking was not done, showing technical error on screen.
No booking info received on sms and email, Amount of Rs.9397.84 on CREDIT Card xx7673 at Retail Domestic PT on 2021-12-15:23:28:53. Has been deducted.
Money is still not credited back to.me.
Pls help to refund my money back.
