Future Group – Big Bazaar (Bokaro-jharkhand) charged Rs. 209/- instead of MRP Rs. 192 for Dettol handwash 900grm. After complaining they agreed to return extra amount but the matter is Big Bazaar might be sold lakhs nos of that product, have they approached all their customers for return? Need to think this is not only product. Big bazaar sells lakhs of different products and it might be possible they are doing in others also. Big bazaar is known for house hold materials and they are in bulk. I don’t think we people match our all product MRP with bill bcoz we generally have no of products in our bill.
If we talk about only Dettol handwash and imagine how many SKUs they have sold on high price (more than MRP). Such type of cheating with customers need to think their fraud with their customers.
