Text of Complaint by Shashikala Sharma

I had ordered miscelleneous dry fruits items totalling INR 957 on 20th july 2023 at 2 pm. Payment was made online through Phonepe and it has been confirmed that payment has been received by M/s Nandinee Arts . The concerned could not be reached either by phone or mail as their contact details does not exist at all.
