Text of Complaint by susan sharmila:

I had applied for a membership in Club Mahindra but I wasn’t satisfied with the plan so they offered me another membership known as gozest. The duration of this membership is 3 years. I had applied for this membership on 2019. However due to the lockdown imposed by the government traveling was restricted for a certain amount of time and I was facing financial issues back then. This membership is going to end by October 31 2022. As I didn’t get the opportunity to experience the membership I had requested to increase the duration for gozest membership but they are declining my request. All of the money that I had invested got wasted in this membership.
