I had a deal with a wholesaler of wood charcoal I had two deal where first deal gets completed without any fraud but for second deal he kept my advance payment of 1.5 Lakh for more than 50 days(still continues …) and did not deliver the order also he increased the prize of order after accepting the advance payment which is against his promise now he did not kept his promise multiple times for returning the amount.
