On 2 july 2019, i got my tata sky account recharged by Rs.5000 for the base connection intending to deactivate my multi connections so that my Recharge could last up till 20 January 2020, I even received a message stating the same . But to my surprise my account met its due date on 20 September 2019 itself. On confronting I was told that from 8 July 2019 the multi connections were activated without my acknowledgement . Over the time I had my word with SENIOR EXECUTIVES SINDHU KUMAR, ARIF,SHEKHAR AND FLOOR MANAGER SHONALI,ROOP KUMAR, DINESH PATHAK,MOHAMMAD ASIF AND COMPLAIN MANAGER UDAY .Everyone gave their concern and assured to correct the error and repay the due amount within 24 hours.Now its been nearly two months and even after receiving a word from the Seniors there has been no effective action taken towards the issue due to non acceptance of their mistake by the concerned backend team.The matter has been parceled from one end to another without reaching to a definite solution to be told we have been their premium customers since a decade. I hope my issue is resolved to its earliest.
