I saw an advertisement of selling second hand Royal Enfield Classic 350 cc bike ( WB24AJ9187) in 45000/ which I decided to buy. The name of the owner Gurmeet Singh Vaid, S/O Trilochan Singh Vaid of 66 Sukhmani Niwas Ram gali no. 7/66 Panchwati circle rajapark, Jaipur.
Mr. Gurmeet Singh Vaid introduced himself as Army officer posted in palam vihar, ( Ph no – +917873296358 and his Indian Army Canteen Smart card id no is – GA0251468834500E02) and he told me give the money in the time of delivery on 23/10/2020 at 10p.m. On that day I paid him online Rs. 5000/- as Army parcel booking fees.
After 1 hours he said that they can’t send parcel without full payment. When i denied to do the same than he said give 10000/- rupees and other i will do from my side. you can transfer me all pending amount in my account at the time of deliver.
I transfer them 10000/- to his Axis bank account through my UPI payment.
Than again he called me and said that i paid 10000/- rupees, you give 16000/- more so it can be deliver to you. when i denied than he is saying that i don’t have more money to deposit there, I gave 10000/- rupees so bike can be deliver at your doorstep. Than I again send 16000/- rupees.
Now when I am calling on his number, they are picking the phone and saying it will deliver in two hours. when i forcing him than he is saying that give me your account delail i will transfer your money return back but delivery still not come.
I am sharing his account number with IFSC code. Please take a action against them so my money can be back.
