Respected Sir/Madam,

On 21 Nov 2020 I recharged my prepaid number through Airtel Thanks app because my unlimited validity was ending on 23 Nov 2020. I selected 399 pack in which I got 50 rupees off while proceeding for payment a MESSAGE APEARS PAY EXTRA 50 AND GET 28 GB RXTRA DATA. So I selected 399/- instead of 349/-. After recharging today when I checked my Airtel Thanks app there was no data balance of 28 GB. Then I call 121 for support from there also there was negative support and their knowledge about what they are working for is very less. Now I want to know that why this type of message showing in tha Airtel Thanks app of giving extra GB DATA by paying extra money if you are not giving what you had promised.
