I’ve booked a room for 12-13 nov in hotel Sitara, puri, Gopal Ballabh road. I have searched the hotel name in Google and contacted through the number which was given there. No- 7008603119
They asked to send the ID proof and the half amount of the booking and they provided the bank details with IFSC code. Acc# 2053101057950, IFSC : CNRB0001439. holder name holel Sitara. Then i have paid 1500 rupees through IMPS. After that I have asked several time for the confirmation of the hotel booking but they didn’t give it. After the payment they change their language and were asking for the full payment. Now they are not contactable and not picking my call itself.
I got the original Hotel owner number from one of my friend and I checked with him regarding this matter. When they heard this matter, they told that number is fraud and doesn’t belong to our hotel and previously some tourist also have told about this fraud number so they have already booked a complain in cyber crime.
Please help me on this matter and guide me to get my money back ?
