I had ordered a pair of headphones in Bass Guru website, which was saying stock clearance for a pair of Bose wireless earphones. I was charged ₹1599 for them. But i have received only plastic toys of 20-30 rs. Please help me gain justice over these fraudsters. Links below:

Always purchase any online product as COD. Once it is brought by the courier, accept it only after checking the contents. The courier service will allow you to do that but will charge you some minimal amount covering their service for return. Once you see the contents and know the packaged good are fraudulent you don’t accept it. I had similar experience from BassGuru. I returned the same when I saw the same items shown in your picture. It looks like they pack the same items for everyone. Next day I received a call from their side asking me whether I refused to accept the items. I gave them a vague answer. Looks like they don’t trust their Courier services too. It’s a total fraudulent company. Their modus-operandi is to advertise only high end products at 10% their price and then send garbage.
