I have ordered a airtel 4G hotspot online. A person named Parth (Mob-8800423701) came to my office at Pratap Bhavan, Press Area, ITO Delhi-02 with hotspot device. He said i have activated plan of Rs 3600/- for four months with unlimited streaming and promised with that the device will automatically start after 24 hour. He asked us to pay Rs 3600/- by Paytm app on this mob. no. 9873309330. But after that the device had not started working. I had visited to the airtel store, they said that the verification has not been done on this issued device. Then, i made verification done. I have submitted required documents their. After this the device worked for next three days only. From that is not yet working. Everyday airtel sends us the outstanding bill, which i have already paid without using the services. I’m a journalist by profession in a national daily evening newspaper. I want by money back. Otherwise i have to opt a legal action against airtel. It’s a long time my hotspot device is been not working and fraud has been done by me. That person who came on the behalf of airtel cheated on me and has run away with my money. I request you to take appropriate action against them in 15 days otherwise i will sue them.
