I was searching for work at home job, so I applied for many job at quickr job portal. On 14th June 2020 I received a call from Pooja Patel of DFX Enterprise. I agreed to work for formfilling as the investment was 0. She informed us that if we cant do the job we have to pay the penalty. Still we agreed for the same. After the task was over we submitted it on 21st june the submission date. till 22nd we waited for the report it showed fail. On 23rd one person named Sanjay Patel called and was asking for penalty amount.As i am not earning I replied him to call by 2 as my mother went out for some work. By 2:00 that person directly gave sms that he has filed case at gujarat court. and sent sms that for details contact sanjay patels number. When I called at this number he demanded 18,920 which is petiton filing charges and all and he refused to accept the penalty amount.when we told him to withdraw the case. I denied for this amount as I cannot afford to pay As I denied he threatened me that he would drag me to gujarat court.He said he would send warrant and jeopardise my future.later by 5.00 a call came from another number saying that it is from gujarat police station and he was asking details what happend when I put my point he started threatening me dire consequences and then he either pay 12000/-or expect arrest warrant by half an hour. I denied him and told him to do whatever he want. My point here is I am a jobless person and a fresher These people take advantage of our situation and dupe us many of us give away money for no fault of theirs r commit s@uicide like sushant singh. but sir that is not the way as doing these would not affect those rascals but affect our family.Please take needful actions against those scoundrels who take advantage of the needy youths like us as this actions would seriously hamper our confidence and zest for living.
