I am Pradeep Kumar Singh and i have maintained my account with paytm app having mobile no 9935492822. Unusually through above said paytm app, on 11-02-2022, Rs. 250/- deducted by unknown coda payments and similarly on 15-02-2022, 3 nos deduction txn amounting to rs. 250/- , Rs. 500/- and Rs. 1000/- respectively from my wallet until my wallet became empty . All these money got deducted without my knowledge and consent, only i got is the payment confirmation through SMS on my mobile no – 9935492822. Paytm did not take care /provided protection against these unsolicited apps (like coda payment in my case) . These malicious apps /actors use paytm loopholes and using paytm app and customer wallet balances fraudulently and causing money loss to paytm users. This problem is not only faced by me but in remote areas( like my place Varanasi, UP) this is happening with so many people where people can not raise complaint due to lack of technical expertise etc. Here in this issue, fraudster gets access of paytm user wallet by authorising himself into paytm user account by blocking Paytm OTP without knowledge of user and then performs transaction at his own will and paytm allows that. Here in my case, I suffered loss of Rs. 2000/- (in total) and Pics of sms received for fraudulent transactions are attached with this application. In this regard, it is requested to kindly do the needful for refunding my money back to my SBI bank account associated with my mobile no – 9935492822.
