I had ordered a saree from sareestylez.com website. The saree was ordered by me on 12/07/2023.
I received my order on 15/07/2023. However the product received by me is not the one I placed the order for. The product received is different and of extremely inferior quality. Further the saree has a hole in it. The photo of the product received is attched for reference with title ‘20230716_155131’. Also I did not receive the blouse piece which was part of the order.
I felt completely dejected by placing the order from the website. I soon viewed the refund policy where no customer care contact number was mentioned and only an email id was mentioned. Soon I realised my mistake and realised that its a fake website.
Still I mailed about the issue to the e-mail id mentioned and demanded my money back as soon as possible. However, their response is still awaited.
I am filing my complain in anticipation that I will soon get justice.
Further the website shall be blocked so that others do not get cheated.
