I have ordered a Harvard jacket from myntra . Date of last order –
15/01/2020 , order no 113081174887338214903 , amount 1691/ I have made a
myntra account and link with the facebook also .because of linking the
facebook my same name is mentioned on the order now . when I have order the
product then the name was mentioned from the name of saurav and after that
I have edited my name with yadvendra shukla but when i verify the otp no.
then otp goes to my previous order contact number which is 9958067963 and
email id – yadvendra_shukla@ymail.com which is not exist . And I have not
received the otp from registered no. with the myntra also 7011607716. with
the myntra to transfer myntra credit I had made new account with mobile no
8920737458 . But when i made new account then company said that the name
is mismatch with the name . And want a proof of saurav only but saurav is
my nickname and i have not any proof for that also and your company is
denying to refund the amount 1710/ because of my name mismatch that is a
big amount for me . I had called Myntra more than 40 times within 3 days.
And the 1710/ amount is topup from my credit card only nor any gift
voucher.
Regarding this i had also complaint in Consumer court with Docket no
2361250.
I request you to please do the needfull as i am valuable customer of
myntra..
And transfer my myntra credit to my new account 8920737458.
