I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of urgent concern regarding a loan I had taken from Score Climb. The loan amount was Rs. 4,000 and Rs. 5,500 respectively, making a total of Rs. 9,500, which was due on 15th April. Today, I received several messages and a phone call from an individual claiming to represent Score Climb. During the call, the individual had access to my personal details and insisted that I make the repayment immediately. He stayed on the call and directed me to transfer the amount to a specific UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number. The caller also mentioned that my auto loan was being automatically applied, and due to this, he asked me to make the payment manually through the provided payment details. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this interaction, and again i am getting calls & messege that threatning me to make the payment again.I had made both the payment that was pending ..request you to please once check and update on the portal, attaching the payment Screen shot and What app received massege
