http://Hi, Very pathetic services from excitel broadband I have taken a connection on 3 may 2020 by local retailers in Gurgaon his name is sanjay yadav and his team leader name manoj kumar first of all they were asking me for installation chargers which is Rs.500 but this was not metion on excitel website which say it is free installation and when I talk to customers support about that they just provide only Team leader mobile number whose name is Manoj kumar which he don’t picks calls. After this all I have taken connection the same guys they came to my house on the same day and take the money and when I ask when I will receive user id and password he say it will generate within 24 hrs Now it’s been 17 days I haven’t my USER ID and password and I don’t know how my internet is working without user id and password… And when I call customer support they only direct me to the same people.. Please help I think excitel people are fraud they are just taking money and fill there pocket no action taken from the day one.
