I have received the wrong product inside the box (A vivo dumy phone instead of redmi not 9). I complained to customer care for which every different customer agent kept on saying different things. On 18th july they order a hand to hand replacement.We called them several times.And also after several requests when they arranged a request for replacement the product which should have to arrive on 20 july 2021 ,which got delayed. We contact customer service they told to wait more 2 days and said the product will arrive between the 21-22 july. On 22july we didn’t received the product and contacted the customer service again and they assured that 23rd July 2021 product will arrive between 6am -8pm. And the replacement which going to deliver on 23rd july they marked as refused and product cancelled without any prior communication and contacting me through calling and message. After that i called customer service,They keep saying that they are filing a investigation complaint and we’ve to wait more 6 days(29july) after that they will decide that what will happen and told us that before that we should not call or contact customer service. I explained the whole scenario to the customer service agent. After talking to customer service they called my alternative number for asking that i got the product delivery or not, i gave the actual answer that I didn’t got any message or call regarding the product going to be delivered. This is the number they called me on my alternative number is 4066115601.
The main thing is before contacting customer service everytime i didn’t get any update details.

I think they are giving us false hope and keep delaying our queries and doing fraud with us.
Please help to get my money or right product back.
