Text of Complaint by Jennifer Rizzo:

I won $500 playing “Bingo Win” mid February . Within a few days of that I also won $1,000 and $2,000.
The company states on their website that all winning will be paid within 7 business days.
Today is April 18th and I still have not been paid. The application also states to “be patient” if you don’t get your money right away, and to “keep checking the application as it is updated every minute.” It started at more than 2,000 people ahead of me. At the beginning the number decreased quickly. However now it might go down by 1 every day. The number of people in front of me waiting for their prize only changes minimally. I still have 136 people in front of me waiting for their $500 prize, and 136 people ahead of me waiting for their 1,000and 2,000 prizes. At the rate they are going, I won’t get any money until 2023.
I tried to contact the company directly on March 25th through Jindougames2021@outlook.com, who is listed as the contact person. I received no response.
I have spent hundreds of hours playing their game and watching all their advertisements. I want them to be held accountable. I am sure they are being paid but the many companies that are advertising on the app. This app was being promoted by apple.
