I would like to inform you that, my name is Pradeep Kumar iam a Paytm User Register mobile number is 7503717132.
Yesterday I got call from 91-620-013-6243 regarding paytm KYC.for Merchant Account and its benefits,
He inform my details after that I received a SMS details are below.
Welcome to Paytm cashback server update open your link login your paytm http://bcffb04b.ngrok.io/www.paytm.com/user/
When I clicked on it your Paytm Longing page was opened and login Automatically , then he inform me add some Amount and check your getting 5% to 10% benefits you received or not.
I haven’t received any kind of benefits.
Again he called regarding benefits and saying add more Money , then I realise that they are SCAM and disconnected the call,
In the Evening when i checked my Paytm Wallet 112/- was deducted from my Account.
I haven’t share my Password, OTP…..
STILL 112/- WAS DEDUCTED
AND I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY TRANSACTION SMS FROM YOUR END.
WHY?
112/- WAS TRANSFER FROM MY ACCOUNT TO MUNFED ALI ACCOUNT.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
AND YOU SHOULD CAUGHT THE MUNFED ALI BECAUSE YOU HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ALL USER’S
KINDLY FIND THE ATTACHMENT FILE SCREEN SHOT.
MOST IMPORTANT INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER WAS 01204456456 , CONNECTING BUT IT WAS UNABLE TO CONNECTED WITH REPRESENTATIVE IT WAS/IS ASKING PASS CODE OR OTP WHICH SEND ON YOUR MOBILE. WHICH I WASN’T RECEIVED YET.
