Last Year August, 2023. I was sleeping and one mail I received that unauthorized device login Iphone 7 from Andhra Pradesh area..I was just checking that mail, automatically without any OTP or authentication from my Mobikwik zip balance 38k about transferred to Blinkit merchant in 3 transactions. After 1st 11k transaction I turned off the zip balance slider button, but still it didn’t stop second transaction 12k transaction happened to same Blinkit merchant. Immediately I tried to search the customer care number of Mobikwik and called them and made my account freezed, still After freezing that another 15k transaction happened from Zip balance. Then again another 629rs reversal also happened though I have never requested Mobikwik for any reversal. Since that time lot of WhatsApp messages I am receiving every month end and threatens receiving every month end that we are from Mobikwik and pay your loan used amount or else you will face legal consequences. They arranged somewhere my parents contact and threatening them that we will send your son to jail. I am keep telling them that this amount I have not used it. I have reported this to cybercrime that day itself instantly when the incident happened, also I have mailed all the supportive documents to fraudalert@Mobikwik.com and their superiors as well, but still same threatens I am receiving every month. This IDFC bank loan now appearing in my cibil report. Don’t know what to do now. Till my death if my cibil score will be zero also I am not going to pay this 38k amount and as per their system this amount is keep increasing every month with late fee fine. Please guide me where I have to seek a help to resolve this.
