We had purchased a product from Karma India Holidays on December 22 . For a timeshare membership worth 50000/- I got first couple of days booked in their plan that went all good .

but for past few weeks Im trying to contact them . Their official Email toll free number etc are not at all responding .

They are operating out of Darjeeling.
