I had seen an advertisement about a page named “Awwwgifts”on Instagram which makes customized miniature dolls. I contacted them through their website on whatsApp and they gave me all the details about the product and also gave me a scanner for the payment. I scanned and made a payment of ₹1380 through google pay. They promised me to deliver my product by 2-4th feb. My doubt started when I texted them to send me the order id and tracking details and they said I will receive everything on mail where as I didn’t receive a single mail.
I also tried loggin in through their website and failed to do so. I texted them asking for help and they left me on seen. I tried calling them and they didn’t pick up my single call. I also called from different numbers and told them I want to make an order they replied very patiently as soon as I revealed that I want my refund or tracking id they left me on seen from there too.
I really don’t know whom to trust now from small businesses or from any social media platforms.
