Text of Complaint by Varun Verma:

Fraud from Flipkart as they delivered defective and missing product to me and then blocked my Account when i asked them to return the product by giving the reason that you returned many product instead of returning the products by following the return policy.
It happened on my 2 recent orders.
1 First i did the groccery order in which 1 item was the Polyset Mop buscket, in which 2 MOP was to delivered but they send me only 1 MOP so i raised the rreplacement request to support but they said that item is not available anymore so they allow me to return the product but after few says they cancel my return request and I again asked them to return the item but they again cancel the request and I also check the bucket of the MOP was broken from bottom so the item is of no use for me, the cost of the item was 550 rupees.
2. As the first delivered MOP was to return so I order new MOP bucket and 4 GALA mop but they deliver only 2 GALA MOP of them and 2 were missing and till I complain about this order also the Flipkart blocked my account and when I ask Flipkart support to take action on the registered complains then they said that my account is blocked and they are not able to take any action on the complains.
