Hello I buy one armani watch from amazon india with order I’d
40255786095196352 the product was delivered to my working place and handover to my office boy and I paid Rs 11995/- by link sent by delevry boy of amazon that box was packed as it is when I collected from my office and I opened that box and found there is no watch over there. There was empty box delivered by Amazon and next minute I called on Amazon call center on 19th Nov 2021 they said we will resolve your query by 24th Nov that I called today and they said we can not help you on this matter. That is reduculs and I feel that I have the part of fraud done my Amazon.As prime member of amazon I order losts of things and there is no return history.but they were taking me as granted .I need my money back at any condition or I have to go legal there was a big amount.please help.
