Hi,
I purchased a phone from flipkart on 20mar2020 which expected delivery on 25th march,2020.
I made a call on flipkart customer care 18001023547 regarding my query on 25thmar,2020.no one picked up a call & after 5 seconds i received a call from another number that is +916291954411.He had a word that you have purchased a phone from our flipkart due to covid-19 phone delivery could be delay so do you want refund?
I said yes,proceed for refund.
He said due to corono our sevror is not working &unable to transfer in bank.we have a option of google pay & phone pay.i said ok proceed me in phone pay.
He sent me a link in which said fill up & send to us.
Details were:
Name & upi id
When i filled he said you will get a refund back after an hour.After few seconds,i got my balance debited Continuosly 8 times in which 2000 was 7 times & INR for 1800 one time.Total balance debited 15800.He made a fraud through upi.After transactions received a message of fraudulent in which details are given below:

Kindly take action & get my refund asap.
You can”t imagine after these transaction his number is active & calling from multiple numbers.His tone seems bihari & its a gang base,getting noise from his back as same words which he did it from me.I am mentioning number in which they are calling , i request you to please tarrace these numbers & find these criminals.
