On 2nd August 2023 I’d called to Flipkart customer care 6353298750 which is fraud number. The person forced me to install software and using that software he hacked my mobile and placed the flipkart gift card voucher worth Rs.40000/- order using my credit card. When I recognized immediately raised the complaint with flipkart and asked them to stop the order immediately. They promised me for holding the order but unfortunately on 3rd August I checked the flipkart account and surprised, they released the gift voucher order. I suspect the flipkart is also involved in this fraud transaction and don’t know how transaction happened without cvc code.
I request you please return my money Rs. 40000/- from flipkart.
