On 6th February 2024, I ordered a pair of New Balance brand shoes from Flipkart, but upon delivery, I received a completely different product—a pair of Woodland shoes.
Despite raising a complaint through Flipkart’s customer support, I have encountered continuous errors and rejections of my claim. This incident constitutes a clear case of fraud and deception on the part of Flipkart, as they have failed to rectify the situation and provide the product I originally ordered.
I have made several attempts to resolve this matter through proper channels, but to no avail.
