Text of Complaint by Sidd:

To whosoever it may concern. I am forced to write this because fernsnpetals who are regarded as pioneers of international cake delivery have attempted fraud and dishonestly have pocketed in the money of the customer for the item that wasnt delivered to an International address in New Zealand.  Till date there has been no response even after repeat reminders. Shocked to see such calous staff as when the cake was ordered it promised guaranteed delivery – on 5th Jan as per the communication the delivery guy appears to have arrived at the delivery address without any notice, call or message he went back telling his managers that there was no one at home.  The home required security access and could have been accessed if he attempted to give call to customer.  He didn’t and later on the next day when it was asked by the customer service team Mr satish tripathi made a big story about how the cake wasn’t delivered – on asking him to give the customer a call which he said first that he did but on confirming he came out he lied and corrected his words on phone saying he will call the customer now.  He didn’t even after that – It caused so many efforts and pains and international dialling money for a business like Fernsnpetals to give a call to overseas customer who was expecting a cake on his birthday sent to by his family as a surprise. When the family told that this happened the surprise factor not only went down the drain but also raised lots of questions on such businesses who promise and don’t deliver.  The customer was fed up with the service to which he asked them to arrange a pick up and time so that he can be downstairs and give access to the delivery guy – again to much of a surprise Mr satish tripathi instead went to ask customer by email to come to a random delivery address in Auckland far away. This was again questioned and Mr satish didn’t reply saying they cannot do anything.  Infact, on asking for a refund because till date the cake has not been delivered and there is no activity within ferns petals.  Instead this got escalated to another person in charge Mr kohli who arm twisted the customer saying that their terms are not in with the refund and re delivery policy.  I have a strong opinion about them and it is not about cake now it is about such business who give bad reputation abroad.  I want my money back with apology.
