I have been getting calls from a number for past 1wk,telling my parcel is not sent and I need to contact the customer service. I dint pay much attention and left it. Today i though what parcel nu i clicked the customer care number and the person said he is calling from FedEx andheri and there is a parcel that i have sent to Taiwan and the parcel is held by customs decline it has illegal things , since he said they have used my phone number,aadhar number I got scared and I was like how can this happen . He said such things happen and I have to register an complaint with mumbai cyber crime and he said he can help me with the procedure and he gave me the parcel details he said he is connecting me to cyber crime and neither person spoke and out of fear I was telling him all that happend. He was like the parcel has drugs and it has to be registered at the narcotics dept.meanwhile he asked in what bank I have account ,what card iam using,where iam working ,where husband is working I answered him all these .luckily dint tell any card or account number. Then suddenly he told me to bring my aadhar to andheri in person ,I said I am in chennai how can I come now,then the call got cut suddenly.
Then we tried calling to that number and it was out of service ,later we checked there were only 11 digits.
This is another type of fraudulent call
