I placed an order yesterday which costs Rs.371/- in following steps.
1. Selected my home address from your saved address
2. Selected restaurant and picked items and paid
3. Added voice note to not to confuse in address and gave correct note because as per my previous experience google map picks.automatically some wrong address which is not near to me.
4. Rider started from cycle and after many minutes when I called him, he said he is on some other address by you App. And can’t deliver to my address.
5. He or you or your team didn’t followed the address mentioned with order, didn’t followed the voice note and blindly reach on wrong map (for which I already cautioned in my voice note) and after unnecessary conversation my order got cancelled.
6. And saying I will get no refund because address was wrong.
Why I pay?
– I got humiliated before my guest
– your software picks wrong location. This is 3rd incident
– I didn’t get any order.and 30 minutes unnecessary conversation.
– totally cheated and finally need to cook my own food, even on that day me and my wife was sick at late hours.
– such a waste and worst experience and this lead to stop zomato.in my premises and known contacts and people in my influence.
– very bad in un interactive customer support service.
