I booked a ticket on SHATABDI EXPRESS #12278 through MakeMyTrip under their Free Cancellation policy, which clearly states that cancellations are allowed up to 4 hours before the journey or until the chart is prepared, whichever is earlier. However, despite the fact that the chart had not yet been prepared, MakeMyTrip falsely indicated that it had been, and refused to process the refund. This is a clear breach of their stated terms and conditions, and amounts to misleading conduct and denial of rightful refund.
